Unlike both her parents, Ingrid is a real morning person. She loves to talk in her crib in the morning before we go get her. She is really becoming her own little person.
Today we are also remembering that one year ago we were on a very long plane ride home from our great adventure in Malawi. What a really, really long plane ride that is when you have morning (all-day) sickness! Of course it was all worth it. The two years in Africa, the morning sickness and everything else...all worth it.

It's so cute to hear Ingrid talking up a storm. She reminds me of Lucas' friend Phoebe. Girls really know how to dominate conversations. I can't wait until Lucas and Ingrid are together again. By the way, I love the little butt crack picture:)
